The Gauderfest is Austria's largest traditional costume and spring festival and takes place every year on the first weekend in May in Zell am Ziller. As a catering provider in the Ziller Valley, we are proud to provide this extremely popular traditional festival, which attracts several thousand visitors, with expertise and quality. Since 2004, this event has been supplied with over 10,000 meals from the Metzgerwirt every year. A logistical and labour-intensive challenge that we have successfully and happily mastered for years.
