As a traditional inn, we spoil our guests with regional specialities and international dishes. Our kitchen uses regional ingredients: Meat from our own butchery, milk and cheese products from Tirol Milch and vegetables from Tyrolean farmers. Our dishes stand for high quality and home-style Ziller Valley cuisine. Half-board guests enjoy a 4-course menu and a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Fresh from home to your plate!

Papa Hans lived for meat. His decades of experience and passion culminated in him becoming a master butcher and meat sommelier. Hans knew the special flavours of the individual animals and taught us the importance and significance of origin, rearing and slaughtering for perfect quality. Numerous gold, silver and bronze awards confirm our focus on the highest quality.
